Jeff a Buff and Shine do incredible work. They transformed our house in a way that hours of work and thousands of dollars could not.
I have not seen a better hardwoodrefinish ever and I have worked for decades in property management. They were so easy to work with, so fast and so experienced. I didn’t worry at any point and the final product blew my socks off!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the sq/ ft. Sometimes I have to charge a minimum if the sq/ft price isn't feasible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I think it is important to educate all of my clients. I want to feel comfortable with me and trust me. I will walk them through every step of the process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified in all phases of hardwood flooring. Including installing and the finishing process. I have certificates from bona, dura seal, nwfa, and Norton
