Are there areas we should avoid? Hiring a cleaning service is a lot like hiring a new hair dresser. You have to determine what those areas are that are important to the client as they do differ from client to client. In addition to getting to know what makes each client happy, we also add little personal touches that say we care. We can't tell you what those are as that would give it away. We are not in the cleaning business only because we like to clean houses or businesses. Cleaning a person's home or business is a privilege and a chance to offer some stress relief and time the client would normally spend cleaning to instead enjoy that time with friends and family. The goal in cleaning a client's home is to have them go "ahhhhhh" when they walk in the home. They should feel calm and relaxed, less stressed and happy. That is what keeps us going.
