- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most cleaning is priced per sq footage and varies depending on a number of factors (current condition of home, deep clean vs standard clean movein/moveout, add ons, etc)- other cleaning; de-cluttering, trash removal (if located on site), and organizing is charged per hour. For more in-depth cleans, de-cluttering, trash removal (if on site) a walk thru, video call, or detailed photos are required prior to pricing. This allows for the most accurate and transparent pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This varies depending on the need of the customer. Some we can communicate completely via text and schedule a first time clean. Other customers may have a more in depth cleaning needs and we may need to schedule a walk thru or video call to go over details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors in business and worked for several different types of cleaning companies (hoard clean up, commercial cleaning, residential, restoration clean up, etc) prior to starting my own business. Learning first hand over years is how I gained the knowledge and skill to clean and clean properly.
