- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Instead of sending 1 cleaner, we charge $150 for 2 cleaners, which covers the first 1.5 hours of cleaning. Each additional hour cost $60. For jobs that require more than deep cleaning (like organizing or repairs) the cost could be more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Giving a correct estimate for there home to be cleaned, also how much time it will take to complete each time. We make sure customers understand what cleaning supplies we use and why and if they ok us using them. Last we fill out a customer and client contract, then set a date for the clean and get started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education courses that I have taken are with kingsoopers leadership I have 20 years experience. I am a personal trainer, so customer service as well 10+ years. 2 Business course as well. Cleaning experience I have is 20+ years I come from a very OCD, thorough, reliable family and I am the baby of my family so I learned what to do and WHAT NOT TO DO! So cleaning was part of our everyday life and still is in my home. I do continue to train with PSI education classes monthly.
