Here's what you can expect: 1️⃣ Initial Contact You can reach out via text, call, email, or booking form—whichever is most convenient. 📅 Business Hours: Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–6 PM We usually respond within a few hours during open hours. 2️⃣ Quick Discovery & Service Match We’ll ask a few key questions to understand: The size and condition of the space The type of clean you're looking for (standard, deep, move-in/out, etc.) Any specific requests or concerns If needed, we offer a quick photo-based virtual walkthrough to give you a more accurate estimate. 3️⃣ Quote & Service Plan You’ll receive: A clear quote based on your needs A breakdown of any add-ons, specials, or membership discounts A recommended time block (e.g., 3-hour minimum or full-day $250 special) 4️⃣ Booking & Payment Confirmation Once you're ready: We’ll confirm the date/time and send a booking confirmation Payment is required in advance or upon arrival (we accept cash, card, or digital payment methods) You’ll receive our policies, checklist, and expectations before service day 5️⃣ Service Day We arrive on time, prepared, and ready to clean with grit. Alongside my associate degree (A.A.S.), I’ve pursued advanced, cross-industry studies that support efficient, body-safe, and sustainable service practices. My background extends beyond the mop and bucket—I’ve trained in systems thinking, wellness, and operations management, all of which show up in the precision and care I bring to each job. In addition to cleaning, I work as a professional trainer and apprenticeship mentor for emerging cleaning business owners, helping them launch, scale, and maintain high standards. I coach cleaning CEOs on everything from technique to team training and structure. Whether I’m cleaning your home or supporting other pros, I approach every job with high-level strategy and day-one grit.
