Final pricing depends on the size of the space, level of cleaning required, condition of the home, and specific requests. Please make sure you are comfortable with our professional rates before contacting us. 3. ⏳ Extra Time = Extra Cost If the job requires more time than originally estimated due to: • Heavy buildup • Additional requests made during the cleaning • Excessive clutter • Interruptions during the service Additional time will be billed accordingly. We will always communicate this before proceeding. 4. 👀 Supervision & Detailed Direction We respect preferences and instructions; however, constant supervision, following our team room-to-room, or repeatedly changing instructions can slow down the service. In these situations, additional time will be added to the final invoice. 5. 🧹 Scope of Work Our service follows a professional cleaning checklist. Requests outside the agreed scope (deep detailing, organizing, heavy grease, pet hair buildup, etc.) may require additional time, an upgraded service, or an extra fee. 6. 💳 Payment Policy Payment is due immediately after service is completed.
