Thank you* House and Commercial Cleaning- Simply $25 per hour per person working on the job. We will clean anything and have our own supplies to do so. We can also use your supplies if you prefer. We are meticulous but also work at a brisk pace to ensure efficiency. Interior Painting- About $1-$1.50 per sq foot of wall coverage based on scope of work, labor only. Materials are extra and cost depends on what you want and how you want it. We can brush/roll and spray. Exterior Painting- Cost depends entirely on condition of house and detail work. Base rate is similar to interior painting, but factors such as ladder work and accessibility will factor in as well. Trim- Typically $1.50 per linear foot for installation as a start, goes up from there depending on scope of work. Base price includes installation and caulking labor. Price does not include materials. Effects like bull-noses and painting can add to price. Crown can run $2-$2.50 per linear foot. Custom scribe work is also available for an extra cost. Door Installation- $150 per door, includes hardware installation and door casing. Does not include material cost. Cabinet Installation- Pricing starts at $40 per box and goes up for extra features, such as custom scribe work, multiple fills, crown molding, etc. Base price includes kick-board and hardware installation. Drywall/Texture- We will hang drywall, tape, mud, and texture for $30 per board as a base rate. Does not include material cost. Remodels- We offer fair and competitive pricing for remodels and are willing to sit down and discuss with you what exactly it is that you want done in your home and what it will cost for free. Handyman Work- Anything else you can think of we also tackle, from minor plumbing and electrical repairs to installing small appliances. If we don't know how to do it off the top of our heads, we can do some research and adapt our transferable skills to get the job done.
