- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each home can be very different. One 1800 square foot house with two adults can be a world apart from another 1800 square foot home with two adults, two children and two pets. Therefore, you cannot price them using the same methodology.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a new recurring service request I typically like to meet with the owner to walk-through their home and learn about their specific desires, their living situation, i.e. number of people living there, number of pets, etc....I have learned that this allows both parties to set accurate expectation levels and gets the relationship started on the right foundation.
