- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price most services hourly, and every month we have different specials that we are offering. We offer senior discounts, new mother discounts,military discounts and gift certificates if you would like to give someone the gift of time, it is perfect for any occasion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start by just listening to the goals and needs of each person. Its important to for everyone to be on the same page. Every service can be modified to fit our clients needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors in Business and Hospitality/Tourism really help me with my organizational and business skills. I also have taken many certified cleaning courses and home organization workshops.
