I would rate zero if I could. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. I have very sensitive cameras that record when anyone or anything enters my front and back yards. Up until Sept 18th I show them completing services at my home. However after that time I got complete notices but after reviewing footage no service ever showed on either of my cameras. I attempted to complain to the company and even offered to send the footage. They refused to view the footage and state the work was completed due to their GPS tracking and not being able to close out the week if not completed. However you can drive to a house and not due the work as well as mark complete and not do the work. Cameras do not lie and my husband does IT work for a living so I trust my cameras. I canceled their service and will never use or recommend them ever.
