This guarantee applies to both my Standard Cleaning and Deep Cleaning services. To qualify, I require clients to obtain their landlord's official itemized move-out checklist in writing via email prior to the cleaning so we have a legally binding framework. I utilize the professional, paid inspection app Site Pro to cross-reference their checklist, ensuring every single requirement is logged, tracked, and priced accurately with no hidden fees or surprise upcharges. Please note: This service guarantee does not cover additional "cleaning or damage" charges from your landlord related to pets, as most property management companies and landlords will automatically assess separate pet-related fees regardless of standard cleaning outcomes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: Required Written Checklist: You must request and provide your landlord's official itemized list of move-out cleaning requirements in writing (preferably email) prior to our scheduled service date. This written documentation legally protects both you as the client and me as the provider. Step 2: Condition & App Assessment: We determine if your home requires a Standard Cleaning or a Deep Cleaning based on the severity and current condition of the property. I input your landlord's exact requirements directly into my paid professional app, Site Pro, to create an audited, digital inspection workflow. At this stage, we will also note any pet-related variables that may incur automatic fees from your landlord. Step 3: Target-Specific Cleaning. I execute the agreed-upon cleaning package before your final walkthrough, checking off every single item outlined in the landlord's written checklist inside the Site Pro interface. Step 4: Timestamped Proof: My work is fully backed by a complete suite of before-and-after timestamped photos exported directly from Site Pro, giving you indisputable, legally defensive evidence of the property's condition before you hand over your keys.
