They did not do a quality job. they only swept the floors with a broom and mopped them with something that left streaks and foot prints showed. They said they forgot to do the baseboards. They also said they arrived at 3: but I didn’t arrive till 3:10 and they showed up after I was in the house? I meant to note the time of their arrival but other family members were already there and more showed up and I became the baby sitter. The kitchen was not touched and the bathroom was barely passable. I did not call because I left after they did and I didn’t watch over their work. She didn’t even pick up a slipper just swept around it. I told her where my vacuum was but she chose to still sweep with a broom. I ended up handing her my stick Dyson when they went upstairs she handed it back to me saying it’s dead. They only dusted a few pieces of furniture. I will not use your service again. They should be trained on how to clean! I would appreciate a refund.
