Haven't had the actual project done yet, but was so impressed by project manager Edward Durkee that I hired him on the spot. He thoroughly explained the problem to me and took lots of time to go through the entire area with me so I could be sure of exactly what would be done, what we would need to move, etc. He also supplied us with an excellent resource for getting the supplementary work, like drywall, etc., done, and that person praised Edward very highly. Edward has been following up with me via phone and email, and has given me lots of valuable information for us, and for our property management agent. This is a huge job, but I'm confident it'll be done right, and that it'll be followed up for years afterward.
I noticed cracking outside of my garage in the bricks and it started getting worse. Mike Gold was great!! He made the entire process of getting my Home's Foundationrepaired easy and even had 0% financing! Gabriel Amaya handled the install. Him and his crew were very professional and even finished the project a day early! I highly recommend Groundworks for anyone with foundation concerns.
