- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We know foundation repair can be a significant financial investment. We do our best to bring fair prices for dependable repairs. We are confident that we can offer you better pricing than our competition. We are proud to offer VA discounts and price matching services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to connect with our office, where an overview of your situation is reviewed by our knowledgeable staff, and an in-person estimate is scheduled. During the next step, which is the property visit, you can expect all aspects of the structure and foundation of your property to be evaluated, and all of your questions to be answered fully. A verbal quote is provided at that time, and a written estimate delivered to your inbox no more than 24 hours later. Once you have made your decision, the office will assist you in scheduling your repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Titan Foundation Repair is family owned and operated here in Denver and surrounding areas, and foundation repair is a family business that goes back generations. Jonathan Free learned the basics of foundation repair from his grandfather back east in Maryland. He spent his teenage and young adult years on work crews installing new foundations and building homes. After 8 years in the military and 3 tours in Iraq, he returned safely home, and brought the time-tested foundation repairs from the family business on the East coast out West to Colorado.
