- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard price is $50/hr. I also give quotes based on the project with an estimate of how long I think it will take.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find out what the client needs, what style they prefer, and what medium they want me to use. I establish a deadline taking into account what they need and what my turnaround time would be. I give clients several options of rough designs to chose from. Once they've signed off on the design, I complete the work and have them look it over for any final changes before I deliver the production files.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Commercial Art degree and over 20 years of experience in book publishing and marketing.
