FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our office normally provides flat fee agreements on immigration cases. The flat fee will be determined after an initial consultation with a prospective client concerning the facts and circumstances of his or her case. Our office also offers payment plans for our clients. Hourly contracts are also available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each case begins with an initial consultation either in our office or by telephone. Our firm charges $150 for this initial consultation. During the initial consultation, the client discusses their situation and asks questions. We determine what immigration procedures are available to the client, discuss potential difficulties with the case and suggest the most effective manner to proceed to reach the client's goal(s).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
