- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are design ONLY. We take your project from concept to build ready and we offer build oversight throughout the entire build cycle of the project. Every project is different so we cater project to fit the needs of the scope of work. We generally work on a fixed contract basis but we also offer 2 hour consultations at $500 in addition to hourly services at $225/hr. We do not offer physical labor of any kind.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start with a feasibility study where we develop your layout, budget and draft set of plans that reflects the scope of work to see how we can align your needs/wants with the overall budget. At this point we offer contractor coordination. The next step is to build out your final set of plans and finish selections. The final step is your build out where we off construction administration to get you to the finish line and moved into your new space.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a team we all have design degree's from reputable institutions in addition to over a decade of experience.
