- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
TVL Creative charges an hourly rate of $125.00 per hour for design specific services. Design time is estimated and capped at a flat rate for each space being designed. This allows for a price that is fixed over the life of the project. We found that clocked hourly rates prevented clients from asking additional questions or requesting help when necessary due to monetary restraint. We offer additional services that are provided at a flat rate as well. For example: contractor alignment, project management, and material purchasing assistance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step is a free on site consultation where we see your spaces, chat with you about your needs, and take measurements and photos. We then take this information to develop a visual proposal for you. We offer additional services as well such as 3D photoreal renderings (to show selections in place), technical drawings, purchasing, project management, contractor alignment, and more.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every designer on the TVL Creative team has an accredited Bachelor of Science in Interior Design degree from Philadelphia University, one of the highest rated and accredited design programs in the United States. The owner of TVL Creative, Crystal Russell, also holds a Masters of Fine Art in Media Design and attended the Masters of Architecture program at the University of Colorado at Denver.
