After having used the same painting company for the past 10+ years I found they were no longer affordable, and I was a bit nervous about having to find another reliable, high quality company at a reasonable price. Imperial Painters quickly earned my trust and confidence. Alyssa spent a great deal of time with me during the estimate discussing options and explaining the work that needed to be done, which included some repair of the wood trim on our 108-year old brick home. The entire job included exterior painting, staining the deck and some interior touch ups. I am absolutely THRILLED with the painting job and the entire experience. The Production Manager Derek ensured that I had a crew that fit my expectations and needs. My crew leader, Jason, was extremely conscientious, communicative, reliable and professional. This is by far the best experience I have ever had in 18 years of hiring for home maintenance persons and companies. Additionally, the price we paid was the lowest of all the estimates I received—5 in total. Jason took great care with detail work that I imagine can be somewhat tedious, and the painters were conscientious about making sure the outside gates were closed to keep the dogs from slipping out (which has been a problem with other contractors). Imperial Painters are the embodiment of how a company should operate! Unfortunately it’s difficult these days to find contractors who value personal service, care about the customer and the job and demonstrate absolute integrity. Imperial does all of these, and I’m truly grateful for having found them.

It was...ok. Workers were very nice. But after they were done, we noticed they got paint on light switches, splashed paint on the door, got paint on the front porch, on the hardwood floor and a couple of light fixtures. They even got paint on the TV. They also didn't tape along a couple sections of baseboard. Now, I don't expect it to be perfect, I know how tricky painting can be. There's always imperfections. But this looked like as if I did it. I contacted the project manager who told me Eddie would come by in the morning. Instead, they sent the two painters back. They fixed the issues, but I never saw Eddie and never was able to talk to him about the overall quality of work.

Scott thank you for this feedback. I have decided to bench that crew for the time being. Eddie has a lot going on in his personal life and I think that is beginning to reflect in the work. The first go was not a good representation of our work and what we are committed to. I know you mentioned they already retuned and fixed everything but it should not have been that messy to begin with. Overall, Im happy they were able to get everything cleaned up and everything looks great, but if you need anything else, we will most certainly return in a heartbeat. Thank you so much again.

I just moved into a new home that needs a lot of love. I decided to start with paint. I received quotes from 6+ different paint companies local to my area and ultimately decided to work with Imperial Painters. I am SO happy I did. They take the time to educate you and help you through the planning process. I received updates throughout the project. They were even flexible when I needed to make a few minor changes to my original quote. They do a final walkthrough with you to make sure you are happy with their work. The job was handled with professionalism and their team went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. If you work with Imperial Painters, you will not regret it!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not the cheapest company out there, nor are we the most expensive. We do have competitive pricing and we do quality work. Full Interior painting tends to be more expensive than full exterior painting.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we set a date to meet you we will come out and give you a free painting estimate. We will need about an hour of your time to understand exactly what you would like done, get our measurements and then run you through prices and see what options best fit your budget. After you decide to work with us, our sales rep makes a job folder for your job with all of the specifics and gets that folder to our production manager. The production manager will then assign the best crew for the job, give you a tentative start date and remain in communication with you until the job is complete and a final walk-through is done to ensure you are fully satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner, Alyssa Lopez, has a Business Administration degree from CSU, as well as concentrations in Entrepreneurship, Marketing , Business Management and Supply Chain.
