The next time I need unwanted furniture and junk removed, Express will be my first call. They were very polite and respectful. As a woman living alone, I really appreciated that and felt very comfortable having 2 strange men in the house. The piano had to be taken apart since it was so heavy, it was not easy on them since they were being so careful to not a make a mess. The fee Express charged was significantly less than other quotes I received. Since my job was more difficult than expected and their professionalism was excellent, I paid more than what they asked.
