Jo and Fiona were amazing to work with! Cleaning out the garage has been a chore we’ve been avoiding for years.

I highly recommend this company! They did an excellent job cleaning and sanitizing my garage after significant rodent contamination. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge flat rates with no hidden fees and no surprises at the end of the job. Our garage reset pricing starts at $649 for a one-car garage and $999 for a two-car garage. Smaller junk removal jobs are priced based on volume and item type. We require two or three photos before confirming a price so we can give you an accurate number upfront. We also offer buyback credits on resellable items recovered during your job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we ask for two or three photos of the space so we can give an accurate flat-rate quote with no surprises. Once the price is agreed we schedule a time that works for the customer. On the day of the job our two-person crew arrives on time, sorts everything into the appropriate categories, hauls away what needs to go, and leaves the space clean. Payment is collected on completion and we follow up to make sure the customer is completely satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hands-on experience in property cleanouts, estate sale sourcing, and resale operations which gives us a sharp eye for what has value and what needs to go. We understand proper disposal requirements for appliances, electronics, and hazardous materials in the Denver metro area and work with licensed disposal facilities on every job.
