Felix and his crew did a great job with my backyard. I started a huge project and just ran out of time to complete it. Felix listened to my vision, provided feedback and ideas, and executed everything that I asked.

As for the negative reviews, they mostly seem to be centered around timeliness. You should know that Felix is a one man operation when it comes to administration of his business. He provides the quotes, translates the vision to his crew, keeps the books, and runs around keeping his crew stocked and fed. All of this is in addition to his performing manual labor as well. It’s busy season, for contractors, you should expect a little lag. I sent out 6 requests (both on thumbtack and off) and Felix was one of 3 that responded. Of those 3, he was the only one that listened to what I wanted, took good measurements, drew pictures and really tried to understand what I was looking for.

I have already recommended him to friends and will continue to do so. I’m also planning my next project with him in mind!

Pacis Landscaping and design completed my project quickly, under budget, and way beyond my expectations!

I hired Pacis to construct a pad for a hot tub. They sent out a crew the very next day, showed up right on time, and then completed the project in just one afternoon. The standard of work was exceptional! They used quality materials and went above and beyond to make the project look perfect. I really couldn't be happier with the results and the process was a breeze.
