I base it on hours it will take, size of job, disposal of any kind and also crew size

Making sure the communication is set. According to job, time and any other work that may be involved. Trying to stay within driving times of other recruiting work(customers).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On the job training, reading and keeping up to date with new codes, laws new techniques and products in use.
