Wildwood Denver technician was great. I made appointment on 4/10/2024, for 12:00 pm. Received a call from thumbtack at 12:07, on 4/12/2024, that technician was running late. Technician informed me he was notified of the service in the morning of 4/12/2024 while he was at another call. I received 5 calls from thumbtack informing me technician was running late and he would call me when he finished another job and was on his way. Technician was great however I will not use thumbtack or recommend thumbtack as the service with thumbtack was very poor.

Overall great experience. My technician was great, clearly knows what hes doing. Price was slightly more than I was hoping, but Im not regretful. The fact that the technician came to me and worked in my garage to give me my snowblower back same day is worth the cost.

Tech was out same day, (with some luck i think), but on the day of blizzard and got my generator running in about an hour. Great tech and nice guy.

Omg not only were they prompt but very very fast he replaced my carburetor on my snow blower in about 35 minutes I would definitely refer them and use them again what an awesome company make sure they are the 1st ones to call
