We called "Lock Hero" to work on our locks because nothing was working right! We had had three visits by local lock smiths who charged us HIGH and did poor work. "Lock Hero" corrected ALL the problems and cost much less than the others and was here when he said he would be! Beware of the low-ball offers. You will discover (too late) that $19 only covers showing up, the work will cost much, much more. Local TV channels have exposed these scam artists, but they are still in business.
