- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Long Distance Moving Estimates are based on the amount of space needed on the truck to transport your items and the distance of the move. Optional services including Full or Partial Packing, Specialty Crating or Disassembly for non-stand furniture items may be purchased for an additional fee. All moves include loading/unloading, padding and wrapping for all furniture items, disassembly/reassembly of standard furniture items, 30 days of free storage, and a friendly team of professionals to assist you along the way. We offer discounts for Seniors, Military, Educators and First Responders!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Relocation Specialists are experienced in asking the right questions to ensure we provide you with an accurate quote for your move. In order to assess how much space will be needed to transport your items, our team will work with you to obtain an inventory of furniture, boxes, appliances and any other essential belongings. We will also address any packing needs that may be required to safely transport your goods.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a registered carrier with the Department of Transportation for household goods. We are not a broker. It is our move from beginning to end and all of our Foremen and Crews are experienced professionals that have been working with us for years.
