- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are a reflection of the years of experience I have and that I am a licensed esthetician. My goal is to offer you great value and to deliver the results you desire.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a phone (preferably) conversation and find out exactly what the customer is expecting. I then walk them thru the process and let them know what to expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my esthetician license and have been in the industry for 30 plus years. I continue to take courses to learn the newest trend and techniques.
