FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a free 30-minute consultation so we can connect before any commitment is made, this work is deeply personal and fit matters. From there, package options available. Packages are discussed on the consultation call based on your goals and what kind of support will serve you best. There are no hidden fees. Payment plans are available for multi-session packages. I work with a small number of clients at a time to ensure each woman gets my full attention so if you're considering reaching out, don't wait.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every new client starts with a free 30-minute consultation, a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where I learn about what's bringing you here, what you've already tried, and what you're hoping to experience. There's no pitch and no obligation. It's simply a chance for us to feel into whether we're a good fit. If we decide to move forward, we design a path together based on your specific needs, whether that's navigating intimacy challenges, healing relational wounds, reconnecting to desire, or simply understanding yourself more deeply in relationship. My approach is rooted in Somatica methodology, which means our work is experiential and body-centered, not just talking about your life but actually feeling your way through it. Sessions are 60 minutes, held virtually and each one builds on the last. Most clients begin to notice a shift within the first two to three sessions. Deeper transformation typically unfolds over 8–12 weeks. I work with a small number of women at a time, so every client receives my full presence and care from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Somatica trained Sex & Relationship Coach, trained through the Somatica Institute, one of the most respected and rigorous intimacy coaching training programs in the world. Somatica is a body-centered, experiential methodology developed over decades of research into attachment, neuroscience, and human sexuality. It is distinct from therapy and distinct from traditional life coaching it bridges both worlds in a way that creates real, felt change. In addition to my Somatica certification, I bring 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur and leader, which has given me a deep understanding of high-achieving women who appear to have it all on the outside while feeling disconnected or unfulfilled on the inside. I've lived that story myself. I've done extensive personal work somatic healing, spiritual development, and relational growth that informs everything I bring to sessions. I don't just teach this work. I've walked it. My coaching is trauma-informed, shame-free, and grounded in both clinical methodology and lived experience. I believe that combination, rigorous training plus genuine personal transformation is what allows me to meet clients where they truly are.
