I just bought a home and had several masonry issues flagged in the inspection and structural reports. Steve quoted one fair, all-inclusive price and his team took care of everything in the reports plus similar problem spots around the house: tuckpointing, a rain cap on a chimney, replacing damaged brick, resetting a window arch that had started shifting out, and patio repairs. Steve was quick to answer questions and happy to explain the work when I asked. Would happily hire them again.

Steven is a great example for what professionalism is. He was very prompt in addressing my questions and gave suggestions to make sure the project went well. He is clearly extremely knowledgeable about masonry and it took him 5 minutes to tell me exactly what he would do, and how he would do it. He made sure to work with our timeline and fit in our project around several other home renovation plans we had. The pricing was very reasonable and it was an easy choice to go with artisan brick work. There was some demolition involved and everything was done in a very controlled and orderly manor. Overall it was a really pleasant experience and I would absolutely recommend him for any masonry project you have.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Before I give a set price to a customer, I like to see the job and discuss the terms from there. I like to meet with my potential customers to know their time frame and budget of their project. The size of your project and what is needed will determine the price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to the customer, make sure everything is clear. I like to hear any ideas the customer has. Also, I listen to and try to make everything go as smoothly as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trade school in England for 3 years, along side a apprenticeship on site. I was mentored by one of the best, and I'm proud to be able to put my knowledge and experience to use now
