- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All depends on the project. Railings, fences, and gates are all priced per linear foot. Mobile structural services are by the hour with a minimum. Please call for more details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make initial contact with a phone call or email. Set up a time to meet at the project address. Discuss wants, needs, and budget with the customer. Take all that information and create an estimate (CAD drawings available upon request), and send that estimate back to the customer within 24hrs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My company is young, but my experience is quite extensive. I've been in the metal working industry my entire adult life. 15 years with several certifications in Wire Feed (Solid and Flux core), TIG, and Stick welding processes. Excellent fabrication and finishing skills as well as I try to think outside the box for solving any given problem faced.
