Omg, when I say she’s the best.. she’s THE BEST. We’ve had Princess Leia for 5 years now and never have we gotten her back looking and feeling so good. Usually she’s shaky and uneasy when we get her back and today she was wagging her tail and full of energy. Her cut was amazing and exactly what we wanted. The cute little clip in her hair was the icing on top of the cake! Also, the service was FAST! If you’re looking for a groomer just book with her and don’t waste your time chancing it elsewhere.

Normally, I’m super happy with this place. I had scheduled an appointment last week, which was canceled due to the groomer needing surgery. Completely understandable so we rescheduled for the next week. I got a confirmation reminder about my appointment as well as another confirmation saying they will see me at 11 o’clock today. I get to the location and I text them to let them know that we are there so they could come outside and get my dog minutes past and I do not hear nothing I call but the number is a noncallable number it sends you a text asking you to text. I texted again still nothing.. so not only did I drive all the way up here for nothing but I also wasted my time and now I need to find a new groomer. We are understandable people and we understand that things happen but if you tell somebody you’re going to be there, then you should let them know if something changes.
