I’m very impressed with Jen! I’ve been taking my dog to Petsmart for years and he would always come back crying and shaking when I would pick him up. I thought it was normal behavior since he has separation anxiety, but over the years it got worse. I’m sooo happy I found Jen, I’m going to keep bringing Fluffy here. As soon as I dropped him off, he didn’t cry like he usually does and when I picked him up...I thought she had given me the wrong dog!!! (No kidding) Fluffy was not shaking or crying, the ride home was a charm. He was so calm, I’ve never seen Fluffy like this. Thank you Jen, you will definitely be seeing us again!
