Introduction
We are a food truck and a taco stand for fairs and special events.
We have been in the market since 2012. Every year, we serve Cinco de Mayo, Taco Fest, Riot Fest, A Taste of Colorado.
Our menu includes tacos, rice ,beans quesadillas, quesabirrias , aguas frescas.

I wanted everything to be perfect for my son's high school graduation party. We had the party at an outdoor park and Oscar brought his "food truck" and parked at the venue to serve the guests. He served from 3:00-7:00 PM. From the moment I hired Oscar, he was professional, personable, and gave me an incredibly reasonable bid for bringing his food truck and serving. What I didn't know then, is how amazing his tacos, quesadillas, and tortas would be!! Oscar and his crew served 80 plus hungry teenagers as well as adults and younger kids and everyone was raving about the delicious food! The service was wonderful- personable, advice was given to guests about individual tastes,and the servings were generous. Oscar was a joy to work with in every way! He had checked out the park days before the party, he was more than an hour early the day of the party, and was completely set up way before the time the party started. He helped my friend set up music with his generator since there was no power source in the park. He even helped us bring in items to set up! He carefully kept track of the number of meals served with a ticket system. I was thrilled with Oscar's professionalism, his enthusiasm, and his wonderful manner with all of my guests. On top of that, he delivered the most fantastic food!
I would suggest something for improvement if I could think of anything, but I simply can't! Many of my guests felt the same way, because I had to ask Oscar several times for his card to give them! I can't wait to hire Oscar and his crew again! What a find!! Thank you for making my son's party so special!

Wow! Oskar was amazing to work with! So flexible and willing to please. The tacos were great too! We hired Tacos La Tapitia for my daughter's high school graduation party. Oskar did everything he could to make the event flawless. Fun was had by all and everyone raved about the food!

Professional with a fun zest of the Mexican tradition. I would do this again. So fun for the guest to try different Mexican dishes. The food was excellent!

When I was looking for some one to cater my Sisters Graduation party short notice Oscar came through. He saved the day with his amazing service and delicious food. He was prompt and very customer service focused. I would recommend him to anyone looking for authentic Mexican fair. 100% satisfied customer
