- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am a Licensed Remote Notary out of Virginia. Virginia Law allows me to perform this Notarial Act for ANYONE in the United States, so long as I (THE NOTARY) am physically within the boundaries of Virginia when doing so. THE SIGNER(S) can be located ANYWHERE IN THE COUNTRY, and they do NOT HAVE TO BE TOGETHER!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients must have: (for each person signing) a smartphone/tablet or pc (with camera and microphone), an individual email address, drivers license (must take a photo so physically in hand), a social security number (for identification purposes not provided to the notary), and your paperwork completed to the point of signing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
