We had some dog pee issues on newer carpet and did everything to feasibly remove it. Nothing we did worked and we were shocked at just how awful it smelled. Jane came and treated all areas we requested and it’s perfect! I’ve never seen such successful odor removal. When we requested the heavy duty stuff (still non-toxic) she was happy to use it and nothing smelled of chemicals. It was a perfect experience.
