- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer both flat rates and document package solutions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Within 2 hours of receiving your order request, you will receive a New Client Intake form, customized completion schedule and contact information for your personal document concierge. You will also receive a payment invoice. Payment can be made online or over the phone. We ask that each client take the time to complete the intake form with as much detail as possible. Our team will begin working on your documents immediately upon receiving your payment and completed intake form.
