Introduction: I have been a professional chef in the Denver area for well over a decade providing upscale yet still approachable food. I even went so far as to get Michelin star training in NYC, SF, and Chicago. Over the years people have always been blown away by the creative and satisfying food I have made, so I decided to put on private tasting menu dinner parties at people's homes. Since then, several people have reached out for cooking lessons so they can learn to level up their day to day cooking (or to impress a special someone).

I worked directly with Chris in setting up a dinner for 6 people at an AirBnB. He was very quick to get me everything I needed for the event and came up with a menu that I wish I could have been there to enjoy! Would have loved to put up some pics of the food he made for them, but I guess it was so good, it was GONE and no pictures were taken. All involved really enjoyed having Chris there and all had fun! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a fun, laid back, relaxing time and great food.

Chris prepared an amazing dinner for my entire family to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. It was one of the most delightful evenings we have ever had together! It was well planned, and the food, as well as the wine paring, was far beyond my expectations - so delicious and special! Chris was responsive to our requests as well as being creative to display his unique talents. The menu had variety, beauty and delectable flavors. He presented each course smoothly and with care for our pace and needs. He thoroughly cleaned up as well! 5 stars is not enough for this fabulous chef!

He overdelivered and made our night so special. Every dish was so delicious…so delicious that I forgot to take photos of each dish before eating them! 10/10 recommend Chef Chris.

I started cooking when I was 15! I became so intrigued by cooking and kept following opportunities throughout my life. I landed some big internships at Michelin starred restaurants in San Francisco and New York. For the last decade I have been cooking professionally in Denver and the mountains.
