Marc was amazing to work with! He was always very responsive and easy to reach and communicate with. His paralegal, Monica, was also amazing to work with. They truly cared about my situation and did everything they could to make it an easier process for me and ensure that I was pleased with the results. They were there for me every step of the way, from documenting my injuries and referring the best doctors for treatment to explaining the legal process and what I could and should expect from working with insurance companies regarding my car accident. I definitely recommend using Zaner Harden Law if you want a law firm that is professional, knows their stuff, and truly cares about their clients (and who wouldn't want that?)

Needing legal service for personal injury is not an easy endeavor. When I came in to chat with Kurt and Marc about my case, I was already thoroughly overwhelmed with the emotional and financial burden that comes with being injured at the fault of another. I cant sing the praises of Kurt, Marc and the entire team of Zaner Harden Law enough. Their level of communication and professionalism superseded all of my expectations. The entire teams competence is only matched by their warmth and consideration. My case was by no means, a huge financial venture for their firm, but I felt like they were always available and attentive through the entire process. Back in the spring I got into a pretty serious wreck on my motorcycle. A Kia took a left turn right in front of me and I didn't have a chance. I was hospitalized for 2 weeks (1 week in ICU) for 8 broken ribs, a collapsed lung, lacerated liver, and cracked sternum. After initial recovery (I'm sooooo lucky) I am now faced with shoulder surgery and possible knee surgery. While in ICU, my parents got in touch with Kurt Zaner based on his history with helping motorcycle riders. That night he personally came to my ICU room and met with me and my family. And he and his staff have not left my side since. Looking back at this entire ordeal, I consider myself lucky to have Kurt and Monica in my corner. They stayed in touch with me with anything that I needed to know and also took the time to get to know me on a personal level. Throughout the whole process they assured me that, while they were fighting for me to be properly compensated for my injuries, I needed only to concentrate on healing. Just to show the level of personal connection they had with me and my family, Zaner Harden Law expedited a portion of the settlement to me so that my wife and I had the money we needed for our wedding. Toward the end of the process, my insurance company offered only half of my policy's limits. Kurt personally contacted my insurance company and "gently" reminded them of my injuries and that Zaner Harden Law was more than willing to fight for policy limits in a courtroom. The next day my insurance company agreed to offer policy limits. Done. My bills are paid, my body is healing, I am not worried about having enough money to pay for anything that may be lingering from the accident AND I have a top shelf lawyer that I can call any time I may need help in the future. I know Zaner Harden Law takes care of many different cases. But, if you ride motorcycles and, God forbid, something has happened to you, Kurt Zaner and his team truly understand the ins and outs of motorcycles injury cases. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We sit down with the potential client and one of our attorneys and conduct a free case evaluation. If the case fits our criteria, we assign a team to work on the case, including an attorney and a paralegal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While we stay on top of all our continuing education, we often teach other lawyers how to become better advocates. Marc has lectured at the State level on how to win the most difficult of cases while Kurt has lectured to lawyers across the Country on writing and jury selection.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
The partners wanted to help people. This is really the only kind of law where you can represent anybody, regardless of that person's resources, since we take every case on a contingency. Both the partners grew tired of representing corporate entities and wanted to bring their skill set to help every day people - people just like themselves.
