- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I am clvery open to discussing the specifics of your clean! No home is alike so sliding scale is a part of my company's policy. 
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?A phone conversation to understand their unique needs in order to allow Kaleidescope to meet them there! 
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have worked for 5 cleaning companies in many capacities. This allowed me to understand all facets & care for the client in any obtuse ways necessary for their needs to be fulfilled.
