- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the type of service, number of pets, and level of care needed. We offer clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Holiday stays, puppies, extended care, or special needs may have adjusted rates. A deposit is required to secure your booking, and the remaining balance is due before or at drop-off.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we start with a quick conversation to learn about your pet’s needs, routine, and personality. Then we schedule a meet & greet so everyone can feel comfortable. Once we confirm the dates, we send the service agreement and collect the payment to secure the booking. During the stay, we provide regular updates and photos so you always know how your pet is doing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are fully insured and certified in pet CPR and first aid. We also have hands-on experience caring for dogs of all ages, including puppies, seniors, and high-energy breeds. Our experience has helped us learn canine behavior, safe group play, and how to recognize when dogs need extra care or rest.
