- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have set prices and work within 10 miles of zip code 80203. We have a holiday fee for major holidays and cancellation fees if cancelling within 48 hours of service start time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We’ll chat about your needs, set up and perform a meet and greet with you and your pets, and when you are ready to move forward we will go through an onboarding process, then you’re all set!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No formal education needed for my line of work, however, I was an Animal and Veterinary Sciences major for 2 years, and am currently back in school for veterinary medicine.
