- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are competitively priced. We do offer seasonal, military, and school discounts. There are no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once an event is booked with us we call to confirm all the details. We typically like to schedule in-person meeting whenever possible. Depending on the timeline, we will conduct a site survey where our equipment will be setup to ensure no issues arise on the day of the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When it come to the photo booth business there are no educational requirements or certificates. The founder however, has over 25 years of event planning experience and holds a masters in Human Resources and Organizational studies.
