- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No hidden sitting fees or extra fees for digital downloads!! I also offer a few different ways of getting discounts: - Bundle discounts for engagement + wedding photos booked together with me. - Referral discounts. - Return customer discounts with a punch card
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to tailor the experience to the customer. If they would like, I do a free consultation to make sure that we are on the same page and to see what exactly they are looking for out of their experience. We make a game plan and then go from there to make it a reality!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied photography for my Associates degree at Aims Community College and had a strong focus in the history of photography at the University of Northern Colorado. I also a studied abroad for photography at the University of Sunderland in the United Kingdom for a year.
