We had so much fun on our family photography session with Shannon. The pictures we had were so good and exactly what we were expecting. Although we only spent one hour shooting with an 10 months old baby, the shots were professionally taken and stunningly delivered. My daughter had her senior photos done today with Shannon she was so easy to work with and we are very excited to see all the portraits she took. Shannon was patient and took the time to ask what we wanted and also gave her opinion on what background would look best with each outfit. I have a older daughter that had her photos done at a studio and I only wish I would have known about Shannon then. If you are looking for a photographer that cares about what you want and doesn't make you feel rushed then hire Shannon. I am confident my daughter's photos will be excellent. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I don't think there's necessarily a formula, but one thing that's important for us both is to feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible; so - having fun with the session is definitely at the top of the list.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a member of Professional Photographers of America, I am able to stay on top of the latest developments and trends.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I received my first camera as a Christmas present when I was 7 years old; it's been a wonderful love affair ever since.
