- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During our initial contact, our goal is to understand what you’re hoping to gain from hiring a property manager and to answer your key questions. Whenever possible, we also like to view the property in person and provide a free rent analysis, suggesting a competitive monthly rental rate based on comparable homes in your area. We’re always glad to share recommendations for simple improvements that can add value and attract quality tenants.
