- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very competitive in the market for pricing. We don't have hidden fees. We charge a % of the monthly rent for the management, a one time per tenant placement % and a flat fee cost for executing the lease and performing an annual inspection of the property for all renewals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to immediately perform a property walk, if possible, to discuss what all the management includes and to make any recommendations to enhance curb appeal or increase cashflow. I find the personal experience helps alleviate questions and puts a face with a name.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in property management sales for over 8 years. My company is backed by several managing brokers with over 50 years of collective experience in management. All of our staff has been required to take Fair Housing Courses and all changes to tenant and landlord related laws and legal situations.
