- How did you get started doing this type of work?
This is a great question! This wasn't a profession I dreamed of doing as a child however, I can't imagine doing anything else. It all started in 1999 when I was living off 12th and Clarkson and there was a knock on my front door. At that time I was living in a small 20 unit apartment complex owned by a private owner. It was that knock on the door that would change my life forever. On the other side of the door was the current manager handing me ALL the keys while yelling "I have to skip town" as she flew out the front door. I knew at that moment, I was the next manager. It was confirmed by the owner and that is how it all started. I have loved every minute of property management since.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
From start to finish let us market your home, lease your home, get the RIGHT tenants in your home, collect rent, deal with maintenance issues that arise, communicate with both the tenant and you as the owner, moving out the tenant, reconciling the tenants security deposit. Again, start to finish! That is what we do.
