After years of looking, one day I came across the perfect commercial building for my business. It was perfect, and I wanted nothing more than to be able to buy it. I purchased a house in mid 2014 and Kris represented me as the buying broker. It took a lot of coordination as I was living out of state at the time. The transaction could not have gone smoother and I would definitely use Kris again on either side of the transaction.

Kris helped with both the sale of our home and purchase of our new home. He was very timely, efficient and pleasant to work with.
