Kate has a warm and genuine way of connecting deeply with the people she works with. I was seeking some release and direction when I met with Kate for a private reiki session. This was my first time ever trying reiki outside of minor touch healing in yoga classes. The space was so inviting and instantly calming. I felt safe and accepted as soon as I walked in. We sat down and she offered me some water while we went over the areas I wanted to focus on during my session. Then right away she started working on me. I had a very strong response to her energy and left her space feeling like the weight of 10 years had been lifted off of me. She offered me the permission I needed to take care of myself and change my lens to feel more open overall. I have recommended friends and family to Kate and would definitely see her again.

Kate is one of the most genuine and intuitive people I know. My experience with her during a reiki session was professional, helpful, and insightful. She has a knack to connect with those around her in a positive way which, for me, helped lead to an incredibly healing experience.

Kate’s one of the best energy healers I’ve ever encountered! Her good vibes and genuine, loving heart shine through in her work. My distance reiki session with her are some of the most powerful I’ve experienced. I feel as if all of my troubles are turned into fluffy pink clouds and I can just float away. These sessions leave me feeling relaxed and balanced. Kate’s insights never fail to bring me further clarity on life and a positive focus for the future.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?A sliding scale is available for those who need financial assistance. Trade is also available depending on openings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?For new client Reiki bookings, an email will be sent with attachments that include a new client intake form and consent form. These will be filled out prior to the session so there is a working baseline for the client. The first Reiki session is generally closer to 75 min for introductions and expectations to be set. For all services, there is a 24 hr-48 hr cancellation fee. If cancellation occurs within 48 hrs you are charged 50% of the service. If cancellation occurs within 24 hrs you will be charged for the full session. My services can be combined or done "a la carte" incorporating Reiki into Tarot sessions or vice versa or Reiki and meditation. They can also be done as a stand-alone depending on what the client needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I hold a B.S in Exercise Science, a 200 hr yoga certification, a meditation practice of over seven years, and attunements (training) in the Akashic Records and am a certified Reiki Master. The progression from science-based learning to metaphysical learning has allowed me to balance both the spiritual and metaphysical work in a grounded and accessible way. I tailor this knowledge to my clients and give them the ability to tap into their own energy and behaviors to find a more fulfilling life both physically and spiritually.
