- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A sliding scale is available for those who need financial assistance. Trade is also available depending on openings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new client Reiki bookings, an email will be sent with attachments that include a new client intake form and consent form. These will be filled out prior to the session so there is a working baseline for the client. The first Reiki session is generally closer to 75 min for introductions and expectations to be set. For all services, there is a 24 hr-48 hr cancellation fee. If cancellation occurs within 48 hrs you are charged 50% of the service. If cancellation occurs within 24 hrs you will be charged for the full session. My services can be combined or done "a la carte" incorporating Reiki into Tarot sessions or vice versa or Reiki and meditation. They can also be done as a stand-alone depending on what the client needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a B.S in Exercise Science, a 200 hr yoga certification, a meditation practice of over seven years, and attunements (training) in the Akashic Records and am a certified Reiki Master. The progression from science-based learning to metaphysical learning has allowed me to balance both the spiritual and metaphysical work in a grounded and accessible way. I tailor this knowledge to my clients and give them the ability to tap into their own energy and behaviors to find a more fulfilling life both physically and spiritually.
