Our outdoor faucet just snapped off on Saturday morning when we were trying to diagnose a leak. We could not find the shutoff valve for the outside-only so we had to shut down the water to the entire house. Paul was responsive and kind, clear about the costs and what he was doing the entire time and did excellent work. He also helped us locate the outdoor shutoff. This guy is amazing, hire him!
